GAS TREATMENT

HCL synthesis gas system

Mix hydrogen and chlorine in a certain proportion, usually 1:1. After compression and heating, the mixed gas enters the burner of the synthetic furnace for combustion. At the burner of the synthesis furnace, hydrogen and chlorine are automatically ignited for combustion to generate hydrogen chloride gas. At the same time, the heat generated at the furnace head can be used to generate steam and reduce opex. The generated hydrogen chloride gas is absorbed by “falling film absorber of three-in-one furnace+external combined tail gas absorber”. The absorbent is usually pure water, which produces high-purity hydrochloric acid after absorption, and the tail gas is discharged up to standard.
