H2SO4 dilution process system

Concentrated H2SO4 dilution process – Dilution of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid into 20%-70% dilute sulfuric acid. The process mainly includes the steps of mixing and homogenizing concentrated sulfuric acid and cooling.

Sulfuric acid diluter – Sulfuric acid diluter is the core equipment in concentrated sulfuric acid dilution process, and its interior mixer is made of PTFE lined and PTFE static mixer.

Systems are available in manual, automatic or semi automatic configuration. Skid mounted is possible.
