Acid concentration process system

Acid concentration system is divided into hydrochloric acid concentration system, sulfuric acid concentration system, HF concentration system and H3PO4 concentration system.

Process overview of  hydrochloric acid concentration system: In the incineration system of chemical waste gas, waste liquid and solid waste treatment, the flue gas produced contains a lot of hydrochloric acid. Hydrochloric acid can be recovered from flue gas by the treatment process of “quenching and cooling+graphite falling film absorption+washing tower”, and the estimated concentration is about 25-32%.

Process overview of sulfuric acid concentration system: In fine chemicals and other industries, dilute sulfuric acid mixed solution containing about 20% is produced in the production process. The mixed solution passes through the pretreatment system to remove the organic matter and other components in the liquid, and through the vacuum system, the physical properties of dilute sulfuric acid are changed, and the processes such as preheating, flash evaporation, falling film absorption and condensation are carried out to improve the concentration of sulfuric acid and realize economic value.
