GT SIC – Silicon Carbide

Silicium carbide is a complement to impregnated graphite when oxidative media are not compatible with graphite or when erosion protection is required.
Graphite Technology propose 2 types of heat exchangers based on SiC material.

  • GT_BLOC, cylindrical stacked blocks
  • GT_TUBE, shell and tubes

We are using SiC single phase, pressureless sintered silicon carbide (SSiC).
