Other components in the mixed acid solution are removed, leaving only anhydrous hydrofluoric acid HF. The anhydrous hydrofluoric acid HF after acid separation enters the product separation tower, and the condensate at the top of the tower contains a lot of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid but some water-soluble organic substances. The condensate at the top of the product separation tower enters a water washing tower, and the water-soluble organic substances in the condensate are removed by water washing to obtain concentrated hydrogen fluoride products.
The concentrated hydrogen fluoride product enters the HF recovery tower through the heat exchanger, passes through the top of the rectification tower of the HF recovery tower, condenses and collects hydrogen fluoride, and the tower bottom produces dilute acid. After passing through the heat exchanger and cooler, the dilute acid enters the dilute acid tank for collection, and then returns to the HF enrichment device.
