Heating

Heaters face the challenge of temperature and corrosion resistance. The heating media is often steam and the higher the temperature the higher the design pressure of the equipment. GT has experience for custom made equipment with design pressure up to 40 barg.

Liquid/liquid, liquid/gas, gas/gas. Horizontal or vertical. All configurations are possible. The main parameters which will be taken in account for the design to adopt are the design pressure and temperature for the selection of the material of construction.

GT is able to use material up to 1500°C (or 500°C in oxydant atmosphere) thanks to our GT CARB+ grade.
